These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the LUMI Rooftop website (hereinafter the “Website”) and the relationship between you, as a user, and the operator of the Website. Accessing and using the Website implies full acceptance of these terms.
1. Operator identification details
The LUMI Rooftop website is operated by:
- Company name: TRIO DIO S.R.L.
- Trade Register no.: J2026031504007
- Tax ID (CUI/CIF): 54682160
- Registered office: Str. Soveja 111-113, Et. P, Ap. BIR. 1, Sector 1, București
- Place of business: Soveja Street 111-113, Sector 1, Bucharest, 5th floor, Hotel Campeador Expo

2. Purpose of the website
The Website is informational and serves to present the LUMI Rooftop restaurant: menu, events, photo gallery, blog articles and contact details. Through the Website you may submit a table table reservation request or an event enquiry. The data entered in the forms is saved in our internal system and may also, at your choice, be sent via WhatsApp; a reservation is confirmed by the LUMI team by telephone, WhatsApp or email, not automatically through the Website.
The Website does not operate as an online shop — no payments are processed and no products are sold directly through this platform.
3. Reservations
Reservation requests submitted through the contact form are requests, not automatic confirmations of a table. A reservation becomes firm only after explicit confirmation from the LUMI team, by telephone, WhatsApp or email.
The processing of the data submitted through the forms is described in the Privacy Policy. Please let us know in good time of any change to or cancellation of your reservation, using the telephone number shown on the Website. For large groups or private events, additional conditions may apply, communicated directly by the events team.
4. Content and intellectual property
All materials published on the Website — texts, photographs, graphics, logo, names of dishes and cocktails, visual identity — are the property of TRIO DIO S.R.L. or are used with the consent of the rights holders, and are protected by copyright legislation (Law no. 8/1996). Reproducing, copying or distributing the content without prior written consent is prohibited.
5. Rules of use
By using the Website, you undertake to:
- Provide real and accurate information in the contact and reservation forms
- Not use the Website for unlawful purposes or in any way that may impair its proper functioning
- Not introduce viruses or malicious code, nor attempt unauthorised access to the Website's systems
6. Limitation of liability
We make every effort to ensure that the published information (menu, prices, opening hours, availability) is accurate and up to date. However, the menu, prices and opening hours may change after they have been published on the Website, and the operator cannot be held liable for any temporary inaccuracies. We recommend confirming important details by telephone before your visit, especially for events.
7. Third-party links
The Website may contain links to third-party platforms (social networks, maps, booking platforms). The operator is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of these external websites.
8. Changes to these terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in legislation or in the services offered. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
9. Governing law
This document is governed by Romanian law. Any dispute shall be resolved amicably and, failing an amicable solution, by the competent courts of Romania.
10. Complaints and alternative dispute resolution (ANPC / SAL)
If you have a complaint about LUMI's services, please write to us first at welcome@campeador-expo.ro; we will try to resolve it amicably. Consumers may also turn to the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) and to alternative dispute resolution (SAL) entities, in accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 and ANPC Order no. 449/2022, without having to go to court.
The EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was closed on 20 July 2025; complaints are now lodged with the Romanian SAL entities through the ANPC platform below.
- National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC): anpc.ro
- Alternative dispute resolution (SAL): reclamatiisal.anpc.ro
