This is a courtesy translation. The Romanian version is the reference text and prevails in case of any discrepancy.

This policy explains which cookie modules the LUMI Rooftop website uses, for what purpose, and how you can manage your preferences, in accordance with Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data in the electronic communications sector and the GDPR.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser when you visit a website. This policy also covers similar technologies (local and session storage in your browser). They allow the website to remember certain information about your visit — preferences, session — so that it works properly or offers you a better experience.

2. What we actually use on this Website

At the date of the update, the Website does not use traffic-analytics, advertising or marketing cookies and does not load social-media pixels. Fonts are served by the Website itself, not by a third party. We use only:

Authentication cookie (staff only)First-party cookie (LUMI)Keeps LUMI staff signed in to the administration panel. It is not set for visitors to the Website.Working sessionStrictly necessary (panel only)

Strictly necessary cookies, and those that remember a choice you expressly made (language, closing an announcement), do not require consent under Article 4(5) of Law no. 506/2004.

3. Embedded third-party content (Google Maps)

The Contact page and the footer of the Website display an embedded Google Maps map (provider: Google Ireland Ltd.). When the map loads, Google receives your IP address and browser details and may store or read its own cookies in your browser, under its own policy (policies.google.com/privacy). We do not control these cookies. If you wish to avoid this, you can block third-party content in your browser or use the address shown on the page directly. If the Website introduces analytics tools or other third-party services, they will be activated only with your consent and this policy will be updated.

Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or other platforms open those sites, with their own policies; the Website does not load social-media modules into the page.

4. How to manage your preferences

On your first visit a banner is displayed through which you can choose “Decline” or “Accept all”. Your choice is saved in your browser; you can reset it by clearing the site data in your browser settings, after which the banner reappears. You can also:

  • View the stored cookies and delete them individually
  • Block third-party cookies
  • Block cookies from all websites or only from specific websites
  • Delete all cookies when you close the browser

Disabling strictly necessary cookies may affect the proper functioning of the Website.

5. Personal data

Where cookies or similar technologies involve personal data, the processing is described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to lodge a complaint with ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).

6. Contact

For questions about the use of cookies, you can contact us at welcome@campeador-expo.ro.
